Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Roidel, operated by KKRF Technologies Private Limited.

Last updated 2 August 2026

Who you are contracting with

Roidel is a service operated by KKRF Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "Roidel"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between KKRF Technologies Private Limited and the individual or entity that opens an account ("you", "Customer").

By creating an account, installing our tracking script, or using the service in any way, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not have that authority, or do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

What the service does

Roidel monitors traffic arriving at your websites from paid advertising, scores each visit for the likelihood that it is invalid or fraudulent, and — where you have connected an advertising account — automatically adds addresses we judge fraudulent to that platform's exclusion lists.

Detection is probabilistic, not certain. We combine deterministic rules, network reputation, device signals, behavioural signals and, where enabled, a machine-learning model. No such system is perfect: some invalid traffic will be missed, and some legitimate visitors will occasionally be flagged. You remain responsible for reviewing the decisions made on your account and for adjusting your protection settings.

The service is designed to FAIL OPEN. If our scoring pipeline is unavailable, traffic is allowed rather than blocked, so an outage on our side never takes your website down or stops your ads converting.

We do not guarantee any particular reduction in invalid traffic, any recovery of advertising spend, or any specific outcome from an advertising platform. Ad platforms make their own invalid-click determinations and refund decisions; we are not a party to those, and our reports are our own measurements rather than the platform's.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under them. Tell us promptly at support@roidel.com if you believe a credential has been exposed; you can rotate keys yourself from the dashboard at any time.

You may only deploy the tracking script on websites and properties you own or are authorised to operate. You must have the right to send us the data you send us, including any personal data of your visitors.

You may not: use the service to build a competing product; attempt to reverse-engineer our detection logic beyond what your own account data reveals; probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure without written permission; use the service in a way that violates the terms of any advertising platform you connect; or send us data you are not lawfully permitted to process.

We may suspend an account that is materially breaching these terms, that is not paying, or that presents a security or legal risk. Except where the risk is immediate, we will contact you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

Plans, trials and what a subscription includes

Each plan includes a stated allowance: monitored visits per billing period, protected domains, connected advertising accounts, team seats, and how long we retain click-level history. Current allowances are shown on the pricing page and inside your dashboard, and are enforced in the product.

Exceeding your included monthly visits does not switch your protection off. We continue to score and block invalid traffic, because an advertiser who exceeds their plan mid-month is usually the one under attack, and disabling protection at that moment would be the worst possible outcome. We will notify you and ask you to move to a suitable plan; where your plan states an overage rate, the excess is billed at that rate.

Paid plans may begin with a free trial of the length stated at signup. Where a payment method is required to start the trial, a small verification charge may be taken to confirm the card is valid. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to the paid plan and the first full charge is taken.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay. Monthly plans bill on a recurring cycle; annual plans bill for the full year up front. Prices are stated exclusive of any taxes unless shown otherwise, and applicable taxes are added or accounted for as required by law.

SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access and protection until that date, and you are not charged again.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, unused allowance, or a downgrade taken mid-cycle.

If a payment fails we will retry and contact you. If it remains unpaid, we may suspend access to the dashboard. We continue to collect and score your traffic for a short grace period so nothing is lost if you resolve the payment promptly; after that, collection stops.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect for you. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it applies.

Your data and ours

As between us, you own the data you send us and the data we derive that is specific to your account, including your click log, your rules and your reports. You grant us the licence needed to process it in order to provide the service.

We own the service itself: the detection logic, models, software and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers that to you.

We use aggregated, de-identified threat intelligence — for example, that a particular network is a persistent source of automated traffic — to improve detection for all customers. This never includes your business data, your customer lists, your campaign performance, or anything identifying you or your visitors to another customer.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service continuously available and operate it on redundant infrastructure, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on standard plans. Where an SLA applies it is set out in a separate written agreement.

Support is available by email at support@roidel.com and through the dashboard. Response targets vary by plan; priority and dedicated support are included on the plans that state them.

We may make changes to the service. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for without offering you a pro-rated refund for the remainder.

Warranties and disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will detect all invalid traffic, that it will never flag legitimate traffic, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any advertising platform will act on the exclusions we submit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost advertising spend, or loss of data or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, from data you sent us that you had no right to send, or from your infringement of a third party's rights. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and give you reasonable control of the defence.

Term and termination

These terms apply for as long as you have an account. You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice, or immediately where the breach cannot be cured or presents an immediate legal or security risk.

On termination your access ends and we delete or anonymise your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time before termination, and we will provide a reasonable export on request within 30 days after it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction.

Before commencing proceedings, both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by discussion between people with authority to settle it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or through the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, you may cancel.
